Chalfont St Peter were members of the Southern League for seven years having spent the majority of their existence in the Spartan Midlands and Isthmian Leagues.

A non-league reorganisation in 2018 saw them once again placed in the Isthmian League but they will continue as members of the Southern League Football Academy.

The Saints Academy will begin in September 2019 with recruitment for the first intake starting in September 2018.

They are one of the inaugural members of the Southern League Football Academy in 2018.
